Rest In Peace – Danielle Baquet-Long / Celer

On July 8th, 2009, Danielle Baquet-Long passed away in her sleep at the age of 26.  It is speculated that she suffered from hereditary heart disease.  With her husband Will Long in Celer and in a number of other projects, she created ambient soundscapes of striking cinematic depth and harmonic movement.  Together they recorded a large and important catalog music, including netlabel releases from Archaic Horizon and Resting Bell.

We mourn the loss of her great talent, and we express our sincere condolences to Dani’s husband, her dogs and cat, her family and her friends.  She will be missed.
